We use BIS-hallmarked 18K (750) and 22K (916) gold depending on the product design. 18K is commonly used for modern diamond-set jewellery for better durability; 22K is used for traditional pieces where deeper yellow tone is desired.

24K = 99.9% pure gold (very soft, rarely used for fine jewellery).
22K = 91.6% gold (traditional jewellery, rich yellow).
18K = 75% gold (more durable; common for diamond settings and contemporary designs).

Yes. Gold pieces are accompanied by a BIS hallmark which includes the BIS logo, purity mark (e.g. 750 or 916), the assay centre mark and jeweller identification. We also provide a detailed invoice showing gross weight, net gold weight, making charges and taxes.

Gold alloys may collect residues from sweat, perfume, cosmetics or chlorine. A gentle clean using mild soap and warm water restores shine. For white gold, rhodium re-plating may be required occasionally to maintain the bright finish.

Yes — we offer buyback and exchange policies. Buyback is usually calculated on the daily gold rate and may have deductions for making charges. Exchange policies depend on the product; please contact customer care for a quote.

We use Sterling Silver (925), which contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy for strength and durability.

Silver reacts with sulphur and oxygen over time which causes tarnishing. To slow tarnish: store in anti-tarnish pouches, avoid exposure to perfume and moisture, and use silica gel packets in storage boxes.

Use a 925 silver polishing cloth for light tarnish. For heavier tarnish, use a gentle silver cleaning solution and follow instructions carefully. Avoid abrasive scrubbing that can scratch the surface.

Yes. Natural diamonds come with recognized certificates such as GIA or IGI. Certificates include the 4Cs, carat weight, and a unique report/laser inscription where applicable.

The 4Cs are Cut (sparkle), Colour (whiteness), Clarity (inclusions) and Carat (weight). Together they determine the beauty and value of a diamond.

High-quality natural diamonds from reputable sources often retain value and may appreciate over many years. Resale depends on certification, cut, carat and market conditions.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are produced in controlled environments using methods like CVD and HPHT, and are graded & certified like natural diamonds.

Lab-grown diamonds generally cost less per carat than comparable natural diamonds. They are often considered more environmentally friendly and conflict-free because they do not require mining.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds carry certificates (IGI and other reputable labs provide lab-grown certificates). We include certificate details with every eligible stone.

Stone settings can loosen over long use. We recommend annual inspection and we offer free tightening service (terms apply) to secure loose stones.

Yes — diamonds are the hardest natural material and are suitable for daily wear. For plated or delicate settings, avoid rough activities and keep away from chemicals.

Yes — every shipment is fully insured, tamper-sealed and trackable with a secure courier partner.

We offer lifetime polishing, stone tightening on request, and a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific warranty terms differ by product — check the product page or warranty certificate included in the package.

Unused items with original packaging and certificates may be returned within 2 days of delivery (subject to terms). Customized or engraved items may not be eligible — see product return policy for details.

We offer buyback and exchange policies depending on metal and product. Gold exchanges are generally offered at current gold rates; gemstones and diamonds doesn't comes under Buyback Policy.
